Ron and I thank you for participating in the 18th annual Pioneer Golf Tournament. With all the things going on in the world today, it was truly a pleasure to see previous players and new players come together, August 13-15, to enjoy themselves and support CLEARVIEW GOLF CLUB.

Everyone is special. Therefore, Thank You’s go out to JJ who donated gifts for the raffle, my sister and brother-n-law for volunteering, and my lovely wife who is always there for me. Clarence Drake, the caterer, is very supportive of The Pioneer Golf Tournament and Clearview Golf Club. Friends of mine, Bob Nicol and Chuck Ellis, from Minneapolis have come to play in the tournament for nine years.

Ron, Donnie, Bob, Chuck and I had some memorable moments on holes 9, 10 and 11. To preserve our memories Bob donates $50.00 each year to the player with the highest score on those three holes for two days. This year’s winner is Herman Board. Congratulations Herman.

The ladies low gross score goes to Vicki Burns (85, 85). Men low gross: Dana Shoulders (73, 78).

If you downloaded the App at golfsoftware.com during the tournament, you can view the results at pioneergt.golfclub.net.

I plan to download photos from the tournament on the website soon. Depending on situations next year, we plan to host the tournament in June. Not sure of the date yet.

If you have questions or comments you may contact me anytime via email or phone.

AGAIN, THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT.
