Congratulations to Annie Roberson Ewings who made her 8th hole-In-one, on April 14, on hole #9 at Ventura Country Club in Orlando, Florida. Annie accomplished the feat using a 7 iron at 110 yards! The avid golfer was playing a Titleist Pro V1 golf ball. Playing partners were, her husband Hurley Ewings along with Cheryll Smith-Martinez and Carlton Peart. The Orlando, Fla, resident joins her group for rounds there every Sunday.
Ventura Country Club offers uniquely challenging golf. The semi-private course is a must-play with over 50 sand traps and 15 holes that are lined or guarded by canals and wetlands. The well manicured 18 hole course was designed by Mark Mahanna in 1981.
