Watch The New Video: “Restoration of a Legacy”

by AAGD NEWSWIRE

National Links Trust (NLT) believes municipal golf is a melting pot for people of all different backgrounds, and nowhere is that more true than at Washington, DC’s three municipal courses: Rock Creek Park Golf, Langston Golf Course, and East Potomac Golf Links. Beyond providing an accessible place to play the game we all love, they also act as community gathering places.

Whether it’s families gathering for a bucket at the range and mini golf at East Potomac, a first-round for a junior at Rock Creek, or a local stopping in for breakfast and a chat at Langston, each course exemplifies community. This, along with the varied and important history at each property, is why National Links Trust is trying to revitalize these properties with the Nation’s Capital Project.

The National Links Trust, a 501(c)(3) non profit, is dedicated to protecting and promoting accessible, affordable and engaging municipal golf courses to positively impact local communities across the United States of America.
Our first project is focused on the extraordinary opportunity to improve the golf courses and enhance the facilities at the three municipal courses in our nation’s capital: East Potomac Golf Links, Langston, and Rock Creek Park. Each one of these sites has a rich and storied history, but none are currently achieving their full potential.
