The Director of Community Impact is accountable for developing and implementing a community impact strategic plan while delivering performance over time in line with agreed upon goals.
The Director builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders within public, private, and not-for-profit organizations impacted by and having influence on Augusta National Golf Club’s (“ANGC”) community efforts.
The individual displays financial acumen by assessing the performance of community-related investments as well as managing a budget and forecasting expenses.
The Director collaborates across all internal departments creating and maintaining alignment with leaders in support of community initiatives. In addition, the Director will represent the organization at community events and embody the organization’s Mission and Core Values.
