Charles Lightfoot is the founder of the Brooklyn Junior Autistic Golfers Academy (BJAGA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, BJAGA LLC, and the former Advanced Lesson Academy of Golf, Inc. With over 25 years of experience as a golf writer and trainer, Charles has developed a unique, non-traditional teaching method that has earned him recognition as a sought-after consultant in the global golf community. He is deeply passionate about making golf accessible to underserved youth, including transgender and nonbinary children, as well as both girls and boys, with a particular focus on those on the autism spectrum.
