Collegiate golfer Bria’ Sanders has been rewarded for her consistency and solid performances by being ranked in Golfstat’s Top 50 NAIA Women’s Golfers. Sanders is accompanied in the listing by Ashley Madden . In order to be eligible for this ranking, the golfers needed to have competed in a minimum of eight rounds of golf throughout the fall season.
In May 2014, Sanders signed up to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD Atlanta) in Atlanta, Ga. to become the newest member of the women’s golf team. SCAD Atlanta women’s team is currently ranked 18 nationally in the NAIA polls and the school specializes in curriculum for artistically talented students like Sanders who have a passion for creativity and innovation.
Sanders, a freshman from Cordova, Tennessee is part of SCAD Atlanta’s Athletics and lead the Bees with a stroke average of 78.10 through ten rounds of competition. Sanders is ranked 30th nationally and never finished outside of the top twelve in any tournament in the fall. She has had two third-place finishes as well as a tie for twelfth at the season-ending NAIA Preview in Savannah, Georgia.
