Deadline Approaching For African American Golf EXPO & Forum 2027 Special Exhibitor Promotion

by AAGD Staff

The African American Golf EXPO & Forum continues to expand its national footprint as it prepares for its 2027 event, set for January 26–29, 2027, in Orlando, Florida. The EXPO will once again be co-located with the PGA Show at the Orange County Convention Center, offering unparalleled access to one of the largest gatherings in the global golf industry.

As part of a special Black History Month promotion, companies can secure exhibit space for $1,000 — a 50% savings off the regular $2,000 fee. The package includes two days of exhibit space at the Orange County Convention Center, one day at the Jim Beatty Invitational Scramble, and one day at the Adult and Youth Golf Clinic.

Founded to increase diversity, inclusion, and economic participation within the golf industry, the African American Golf EXPO & Forum serves as a business-to-business and consumer engagement platform. The event brings together golf professionals, entrepreneurs, tourism boards, equipment manufacturers, travel providers, media outlets, and grassroots organizations.

Beyond networking and exhibition space, the EXPO features educational seminars, youth programming, career forums, and business development sessions aimed at strengthening pathways into golf both on and off the course.

The Vision of Jim Beatty Golf Ventures

The EXPO is produced by Jim Beatty Golf Ventures, led by industry pioneer Jim Beatty. Beatty made history as one of the first African Americans to play on the PGA Tour and has since dedicated decades to expanding opportunities within the sport. Through his company, he has built platforms that connect minority-owned businesses, golf organizations, and major industry stakeholders.

His leadership has helped position the African American Golf EXPO & Forum as a trusted convening space for meaningful dialogue, partnerships, and economic advancement.

Proven Economic Impact

Previous EXPO events, held alongside the PGA Show in Orlando, have contributed positively to the local economy. By attracting exhibitors, attendees, sponsors, and media from across the country, the event supports hotel occupancy, dining establishments, transportation services, and local tourism.

Orlando — already a major convention hub — benefits from increased room nights, venue utilization, and extended visitor stays as EXPO participants often attend multiple PGA Show-related events. The co-location strategy strengthens cross-attendance, amplifies brand exposure, and drives additional business activity throughout the region.

In prior years, exhibitors have reported new distribution deals, strategic partnerships, expanded customer databases, and increased brand visibility as direct outcomes of their participation.

Looking Ahead to 2027

The 2027 African American Golf EXPO & Forum promises continued growth, expanded programming, and broader industry engagement. By combining business development, cultural celebration, and economic opportunity, the event remains a powerful driver of inclusion within the $100+ billion golf industry.
