(RIDGEFIELD, Conn.) – Ethan Allen Preparatory (EAP) at The Golf Performance Center  – a private academy for female and male student-athletes in grades 6-12 – has designed a virtual Parent Information Night, held Thursday, October 22 at 7pm EST, to give parents of prospective collegiate golfers around the world the opportunity to learn in a safe, distanced environment why EAP is the best choice for student-athletes who aspire to play the game at the next level.

Lead by Director of Academics and Operations Charlie Wampfler and Founder/CEO Roger Knick, parents will learn everything about the school and its mission, meet EAP faculty members, receive a video tour of campus and have an opportunity to participate in a question and answer session.

To RSVP for the EAP Parent Information Night, please email melanie@thegolfperformancecenter.com to receive a link to the Google Hangout.

Parents will leave the session knowing the answers to the following questions:

  • Is my child a good fit for EAP?
  • What is a typical day for an EAP student, balancing academics and golf?
  • What will be expected of my child from faculty and coaches?

EAP is a model for schools of the future, as class and study schedules are flexible to allow for intensive golf training at The Golf Performance Center, the Northeast’s leading golf academy. Both day-students and boarders experience the flexibility of a blended learning curriculum with the personalization of small group learning opportunities through EAP’s partnership with K12. The principles taught in the classroom are intertwined with the values being taught on the golf course.
