Using a screen near you, the event begins with a VIP Reception at 6:00 PM ET followed by the 7PM viewing all co-hosted by Angela Garcia and Ed Clements. The evening benefits the Muny Conservancy, a 501(c)(3) non-profit based in Austin, TX whose mission is to raise money for the purchase of the iconic 141-acre tract, known as Lions Municipal Golf Course.
As the city’s most beloved public course, Muny currently hosts 60,000 rounds of golf each year, stages more charity tournaments than any Austin course, serves as a practice facility for more than 12 middle and high school golf teams, and is home to hundreds of protected heritage trees.

The Muny Conservancy plans to preserve the 18-hole-golf course and original clubhouse, which will remain open to the public and area schools for affordable golf on historic green space. Also, The Muny Conservancy will fund the renovation of the golf course and practice areas, plus adding additional amenities and recreational space for public use.
