Bill Neal, one of the few African American Golf Course Owners in America, is fulfilling his dream and serving a bustling golf market at his beautifully manicured Mineral Wells, West Virginia golf course. Spread out on over 150 acres of land, the 18-hole course first opened in 1993 and features 6,830 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71.
