Serving as Head Golf Professional at her family-owned course, Renee Powell was the second African-American woman ever to play on the LPGA Tour, made history as an honorary female member of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, inducted into the PGA Hall of Fame, elected First At-Large Director of the PGA of America Board of Directors and has been honored by the University of St. Andrews in the naming of Powell Hall, a student dormitory, and many other awards and recognitions. Yet still, Clearview Golf Course needs your support to continue being the beautifully landscaped piece of paradise that it is today.
