23rd Annual Pioneer Golf Tournament Registration Form
Tournament Registration Fee of $285 includes:
- Welcome Reception Dinner, 6 PM – 9 PM on Friday, 7/11
- 18-hole golf greens fees and cart on Saturday, 7/12, with lunch at the turn
- 18-hole golf greens fees and cart on Sunday, 7/13
- Awards Dinner, with prizes and raffle drawings, immediately following Sunday golf.
Tournament Registration and Payment Deadline:
Postmarked by June 13, 2025
Late Tournament Registration Fee of $315, may be accepted 4 PM – 5:30 PM, before Welcome Reception Dinner
Non-golfer Registration Fee of $45 includes:
