Join the Ted Rhodes Foundation for a weekend of golf, legacy, and impact at the 57th Annual Ted Rhodes Charity Golf Classic — a celebrated tradition honoring the life and legacy of golf pioneer Ted Rhodes at the Ted Rhodes golf Course in Nashville, TN. Ted is The 1st African American professional golfer in the modern era to play in the US Open (1948). He won over 150 golf tournaments over the course of his career. During his 1997 Master’s win, Tiger Woods credited Ted Rhodes and other golf pioneers for paving the way for him to play golf. Ted was granted posthumous membership to the PGA in 2009.
This two-day annual charity tournament brings together golf enthusiasts, golf competitors, community leaders, and supporters from across the country to enjoy spirited competition, build lasting connections, and support youth-focused golf programs through the Ted Rhodes Foundation.
