Tournament proceeds will also provide scholarships for the Langston Junior Boys and Girls Golf Club. The tournament’s name honors the memory of golf pioneer Lee Elder who became the first African-American to play in the Masters Tournament and passionately managed Langston Golf Course in the late ‘70’s and early ‘80’s.
