THIRD ANNUAL BENEFIT GOLF TOURNAMENT
CAMSA will be hosting the Golf Event on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, at the Spook Rock Golf Course, Suffern, 233 Spook Rock Road, NY 10901
FORMAT: 4-Man, Scramble
SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY: 12-1:00pm – Registration/Practice/Lunch
1:00pm – Shotgun start
6:00-7pm – Buffet Dinner/Prize Ceremony
SPONSORS: Please select your level of sponsorship from the 4 options listed below

- Gold level sponsor: $2000
- Silver level sponsor: $1500
- Bronze level sponsor: $1000
- Tee/Green sponsor: $ 750
GOLFERS: Please register as foursomes or singles:
Foursome: $440
Single golfers: $120
Team prizes will be given for: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, as well as individual prizes for longest drive and closest to the pin.
