Titleist is looking for dynamic, personable, and highly motivated club fitter to become part of our fitting team. Fitting Specialists conduct consumer events by expertly fitting dedicated golfers and representing the Titleist brand. Fitting Specialist’s efforts directly influence the consumer experience for thousands of consumers each year who visit Club Fitting Events.Responsibilities:Delivers industry-leading fitting recommendations, product knowledge and customer service to enhance golfers’ performance and increase their loyalty to our brand.Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conducts 30-150 fitting and trial events during the golf season, primarily on Tuesdays-Saturdays
- Events vary from five to eight hours long and consist of Titleist Thursdays, Club Fitting Days, Tournaments and similar events
- Conduct event logistics such as planning event schedule, pre-event calls to consumers, entering information in online databases, and sharing recommended equipment specs with consumers
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experienced club fitter
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Superior product knowledge with the ability to present effectively to consumers
- Comfortable using technology such as TrackMan and mobile apps
- Extremely reliable and dependable with high attention to detail
Physical Requirements/Environmental Factors:
- Have reliable transportation of sufficient size to transport all the necessary fitting and display tools to events
- Able to lift golf bags and associated other equipment (40 lbs) multiple times/day
- Able to stand for extended periods of time (5-8 hours per day) outside year-round
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- High school or equivalent
REQUIRED LICENSE or CERTIFICATION:
- Driver’s License
