Designer Frank T. Fraley is an avid golfer who has enjoyed the game for many decades. His foray into the world of jewelry design started over three decades ago when he worked as an apprentice in the studio of Gennady Osmerkin while a student at the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
