The golf mentoring program, GOTGT, is designed by the Women of Color Golf (WOCG) for girls ages 10 – 17, to introduce young girls to the game of golf and to provide leadership development, self-esteem, confidence, respect, honesty, responsibility, and healthy habits experiences, through the game of golf.
With an ambitious goal designed to create a fun learning environment and to spark interest and inspiration in learning the game of golf, GOTGT facilitates mentorship opportunities along the way. The inspiration is then turned into action by connecting the motivated girls to mentors in the golf and business community through various golf activities and events.
