Golf Course Operation Services Needed by L.A. (County) Department of Parks and Recreation

JULY 24, 2019 — The County of Los Angeles (County) Department of Parks and Recreation (Department) is seeking qualified vendors to enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide as-needed Golf Course Operation Services. 

The intent of the Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFSQ) is to is to ensure the Department has a qualified pool of vendors to provide maintenance and operation of one or more of its golf courses on as-needed basis.

The minimum qualifications for a Contractor include a minimum of five (5) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years, concurrently operating and managing three (3) or more golf courses. including but not limited to banquet room, pro-shop and coffee shop operations. Three (3) of the ten years must be within the past five (5) years and must include managing and/or operating a public facility. Additional minimum qualifications can be found in the attached RFSQ, Section 1.4, Contractor’s Minimum Qualifications. 

SOQs are due no later than 12 noon on Monday, April 1, 2019, at County of Los Angeles, Department of Parks and Recreation, Contracts Division, 1000 South Fremont Avenue, Unit #40, Building A-9, Alhambra, California 91803. SOQs received after the initial submission deadline identified previously, will be evaluated after the initial Master Agreements have been executed.
