Steve Crawford of the Augusta Chronicle reports 24 people were arrested just outside the Augusta National Golf Club in 2012. They were charged with disorderly conduct, having allegedly run afoul of a ticket-scalping ordinance.
Crawford encountered a woman named Pam Harwell, who was sitting on a sofa outside the lockup, waiting for her husband, Aubrey Harwell Jr., to be released.
