Jim Beatty, organizer of the Inaugural African American Golf EXPO & Forum (AAGEF), has announced the following measures and protocols regarding COVID concerns for the EXPO.
The health and welfare of the sponsors, exhibitors and attendees of the EXPO is the priority. These are the safety measures that are being implemented to make for a safe and successful EXPO:
MASKS
The AAGEF continues to prioritize the health and safety of all guests by adhering to state and local government guidance. Presently, the Georgia Department of Public Health recommends, but does not require, masks for vaccinated individuals. Masks are required for unvaccinated individuals. The CDC recommends that everyone (including fully vaccinated individuals) wear a mask in public indoor settings to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and the Delta variant.
Face masks will be available onsite.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
There will be social distancing measures in place in conference rooms, and other gathering areas.
