Joseph Cwinyaai, a member of Toro club and national team captain registered a -2 under par at the par 70 course during the weekend in Fort Portal, Uganda, to win the 4th edition of the Tusker Malt tournament which was held in the serene of Uganda’s tourism city Fort Portal.
