The PGA of America showcased PGA Professional Jeff Dunovant in a 60-second video episode where the Director of Golf Operations and Head Golf Professional at The First Tee Metro Atlanta shared his perspective on ‘opportunity’.
“I’ve been given 60 seconds to discuss opportunity. When I think about opportunity, I think about my father and myself being the only Black father and son PGA golf professionals in golf history. I tell people all the time, I’m very proud of it but it shouldn’t just be Harold and Jeff Dunovant. The opportunity is there for other golf professionals of color to bring their children in and love the game of golf.” – Jeff Dunovant, PGA.
