All payment are final and non-refundable with the exception that for any reason the travel program is cancelled by the organizer. If the program is cancelled refunds will be made of the deposited funds only. No refunds will be made for your own booked lodging, hotels, Bed & Breakfasts or air, rail, bus, watertaxi, personal vehicle expense or other means of travel.
Consideration for passenger exchange (someone else to go in your place) may be permitted but is under the determination of the travel program manager.
Travel Insurance
Ensure that you have comprehensive travel insurance to cover your trip to attend the Martha’s Vineyard Golf Classic Get-Away. This should cover:
-Cancellation, Alteration, Curtailment, Rearrangement or Replacement
– In the event of illness, personal injury or circumstances beyond your control which prevent you travelling to or from the event as planned
-Medical expenses – In the event that you need medical treatment or emergency repatriation
-Personal property, business and golf equipment – in the event of loss, theft or damage
-Political and natural disaster evacuation such as war, floods or volcanic eruption
-Personal liability
-Death or personal injury

By participating in the travel program you acknowledge and approve the use of your name and image to be used by us in promotional materials and advertisements.
