Previously, as Director of Instruction at Cedar Crest Golf Course (Dallas), Dotch instructed ladies’ golf clinics and grew the program to three clinics a week, along with running the Cedar Crest Jr. Golf Program, which doubled in size under her leadership. Dotch was then promoted to Head Golf Professional where she successfully served for five years prior to accepting her new role at Hermann Park.

Dotch is passionate about driving the growth of the game by being a figure to introduce all kids, minorities, women and others to the game, while helping people to play better and get more enjoyment from the game.
