The Midnight Golf Program (MGP) is excited to announce its 4th Annual Family Affair Golf Outing, scheduled for Monday, August 19, 2024, at the esteemed Plum Hollow Country Club in Southfield, MI. This event represents more than just a round of golf; it serves as a significant opportunity to support a program dedicated to preparing young individuals for college, their careers, and beyond.
On the day of the event, registration will commence at 7:00 AM, followed by a shotgun start at 8:00 AM. Participants can join as a foursome for $1,500 or as an individual golfer for $375. Registration and sponsorship opportunities are currently available. Interested parties can register online at midnightgolf.org/familyaffair or by mailing the registration form to Midnight Golf Program at 30100 Telegraph Road, Suite 404, Bingham Farms, MI 48025. Checks should be made payable to Midnight Golf Program.
Each foursome purchase includes the provision of a complete set of golf clubs and a golf bag for a Class of 2025 MGP student. This generous contribution ensures that students have the necessary equipment to learn and enjoy the game of golf, which is a key component of the Midnight Golf Program’s holistic approach to youth development. Additionally, 100% of the net proceeds from the event will directly benefit the Midnight Golf Program, furthering its mission to guide young people towards success in college, their careers, and beyond.
Participants in the golf outing will enjoy a variety of amenities throughout the day, including a continental breakfast, a light lunch at the turn, and post-round appetizers. Special gifts will be provided to all players, and there will be a cash bar and raffle to add an extra layer of excitement and community engagement.
The Midnight Golf Program is committed to equipping young people with the skills they need to succeed. Beyond teaching golf, MGP offers mentorship, life skills training, and college readiness support, profoundly impacting the lives of its participants. The program’s comprehensive approach has enabled many alumni to achieve successful careers and become influential members of their communities.
The 4th Annual Family Affair Golf Outing promises a day of golf, networking, and philanthropy. Participation in this event will not only provide a delightful experience on the green but also contribute to a brighter future for the youth involved in the Midnight Golf Program.
