The Bill Dickey Scholarship Association is excited to announce that we are providing new scholarship opportunities for minority students who are graduating seniors and entering their first year of college as a freshman. All students must attend an accredited college or university within the United States. He or she must demonstrate academic achievement (a high school cumulative GPA of 2.5/4.0 scale) as of March 31, 2022, along with leadership, financial need, evidence of community service and other criteria. Students may pursue an undergraduate degree at a college or university of their choice.
