That was no thrill on the hill, what Americans and the rest of the world saw on Wednesday (Jan. 6) was the real deal; the racist, misguided, mob that was on display is the same one that most people of color see every day;
Obvious double standards are in full effect, but for so many Americans, it was just business as usual — what the heck, it’s gonna be interesting to see if America will learn from this or will this fiasco just be added to that already super long list;
You can turn a deaf ear but for so long, sooner or later any Godly person should realize that they’re damn wrong, that Un-American attempt to overtake the Capitol and vandalize its sacred halls, showed that their intentions weren’t about building bridges, but more about building walls;
Countries all around the world lost a lot of respect for the good, ole, USA that day, how can you advocate democracy, when this is what you result to when you can’t have your way;
I pray and hope that President-Elect Biden and his administration can step up to the plate and somehow save the day, with MLK’s birthday just around the corner and on its way, I would love to know what he and John Lewis would have to say;
Let’s work for peace, and for this “White Supremacist Mentality” to cease.
