Arnold Jones II, a Teacher, Coach, Mentor, and Inventor, and the force behind the non-profit EgoFree Academy in Omaha, Nebraska, is excited about the event. “We have a strong lineup of speakers with wide-ranging perspectives and life experiences, spanning many decades in the world of golf. EgoFree Academy utilizes golf as a vehicle to teach transferrable skills applicable on and off the course,” said Jones.
The focus of the evening is to make kids of color, particularly girls of color, feel welcomed and encouraged to explore careers in golf. The distinguished list of speakers includes:

- Mike Rice – Former Executive Director of Hogan’s Heroes of Omaha & current Director of Living Well with Golf Program.
- Bob Danenhauer – Director of Expansion for the Nebraska Section PGA Foundation.
- Al Peterson – Black PGA Professional at Field Club of Omaha.
- Judy Rhodes – LPGA teaching and club professional.
- William Reid – Golf Coach and Entrepreneur.
- Tony Driscoll – PGA Professional, Fox Run Golf Course.
