November 18, 2021 (PGA OF AMERICA)
In keeping with our vision for a golf industry workforce that mirrors America, the PGA of America is launching the PGA JobMatch program in support of PGA’s 2022 Championship events.
It’s of great importance to the PGA of America to demonstrably give back to our championship host communities in Bethesda, MD, Benton Harbor, MI, and Tulsa, OK. One of the greatest impacts we want to make in each place is creating opportunities for talent from underrepresented backgrounds to work on and learn about the operations of a major golf championship.
Interested applicants may register by completing the pre-screener questionnaire:
About this opportunity:
Operations Assistants support Operations Staff in the construction, daily operation, and deconstruction of the Championship site. Individuals must be able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment. Operations Assistants have the opportunity to meet and work with various representatives in one of the world’s largest working sports organizations. Interested applicants can apply for multiple championship locations.
How PGA JobMatch works:
1) Interested applicants must complete the registration form by December 14, 2021 for consideration.
2) Qualified candidates will be contacted by the appropriate PGA Departments’ hiring managers approximately 60 days after the application closes to discuss potential employment for each event.
