Tiger Leaving A Legacy For The PGA Tour and Son Charlie

by John Perry

Securing the integrity of the game which he knew and loved remains available to future generations is a priority with Tiger. And, nothing would please him more than to have two Woods names in the World Golf Hall of Fame—as he sits in his rocking chair as a 90-year old.

Putting in the work and digging it out of the dirt still reigns supreme with him. He’s wired that way. Could you expect anything else from a generational player such as tiger? Tiger, even in 2022, is golf, when he roars, the PGA Tour soars.

Jay monaghan, from a coach’s perspective, is starting Tiger in each and every game he’s available for. He’s not about to have him sit on the bench, even if he is injured. His presence and his voice, at this particular point and time, is priceless.

When Tiger escaped death from that almost fatal accident in February 2021, I’m sure he had a revelation of the highest order and a wake-up call like none before—Just think of how Hollywood actress Ann Heche’s fate turned out. May she rest in peace and condolences to her family and loved ones.

Similar to Moses, I believe Tiger received his commandments and he’s not compromising, or backing down, for nobody until his work is done. Perhaps his final message to the Saudi LIV Tour is “let my people go”. ( I’m just saying).
