These special awards will be given out each year to the most deserving PROFESSIONAL and COMMUNITY persons
who have demonstrated a commitment to promoting Diversity and Inclusion through their activities and perseverance.
Each winning recipient will receive a special recognition plaque, be featured in the African American Golfer’s Digest
and be celebrated at a public ceremony during 2019.
The Community recipient will also receive a financial contribution to support their organization.

The formal announcement will be made on United Nations World Day for Cultural Diversity on May 21, 2019
a United Nations-sanctioned international holiday for the promotion of diversity issues.
