The third annual African American Golf Expo is organized by Jim Beatty Golf Ventures and being held August 19-22, in Louisville, Kentucky at the renowned Galt House Hotel. “This year’s EXPO will be the best yet with more speakers, exhibitors, networking sessions and a special EXPO luncheon with a SPECIAL keynote speaker,” said Beatty. “I want to thank all of the sponsors for their support and belief in the mission, purpose and effectiveness of the EXPO and to encourage others to come on board to promote diversity and equity in the game and business of golf.”
The AAGE&F is open to the public and the cost of registration has been reduced from $150 to $99 until June 20. To date, over 30 exhibitors have signed up and attendees will have the opportunity to attend seminar sessions, press conferences and network with top industry leaders and company executives. A special African American tour of Louisville, KY, is optional. The Expo will also feature daily drawings for unique prizes and a special showing of the movie “Playing Through” about Ann Gregory, free to registrants, sponsored by the LPGA.
