The ASGCA Foundation has updated the Wadsworth Scholar Program, thanks to increased funding from Wadsworth Golf Construction and the Wadsworth Golf Charities Foundation. The $2,500 scholarship is now available to early-career professionals as well as current college students, along with the chance to participate in the ASGCA Annual Meeting.
According to the scholarship application, the program aims to encourage exploration of golf course architecture as a career path. By attending an ASGCA Annual Meeting, both students and professionals in the golf industry can gain valuable insights and connections. The ASGCA Foundation hopes to support aspiring professionals with scholarship funding and access to industry leaders, helping to foster future colleagues and employees.
