The PGA of America has appointed Bridgeman, a former University of Louisville and NBA standout, to serve on the PGA Board of Directors. Bridgeman, 54, one of the most respected restaurant entrepreneurs in the country, will succeed lt. Gen. Normand (Norm) Lezy of Garden Ridge, Texas, and was sworn in at the 92st PGA Annual Meeting, January 16, 2008, at the Orange Country Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The event coincided with the 55th Annual PGA Merchandise Show & Convention.
