Starting this Saturday, April 19, at 10:00 AM ET, women professionals can tee up their careers with a new, free weekly webinar hosted by Patrina King, Founder of Golf Women Mean Business. The 30-minute online session, called Business Golf Basics for Professional Women, is designed to demystify golf for women who may be curious about how the game can support career growth and leadership development.
Whether you’ve never picked up a club or you’re simply unsure what to wear or say at a golf event, this webinar provides a welcoming space to build confidence and knowledge. No clubs or prior experience are necessary—just curiosity and a desire to grow.
Each session will include practical guidance on topics such as:
• What to expect when you’re invited to a golf event
• Golf terms that help you feel part of the conversation
• Etiquette tips that keep you polished and prepared
• How and when to talk business on the course
The sessions are live every Saturday at 10:00 AM ET, with replays available Wednesdays at 12:00 PM ET. Led by Patrina King, Lead Trainer and Operations Leader at Golf Women Mean Business, the webinar is part of an ongoing mission to make golf more accessible for women professionals.
“The Business Golf Basics series is about helping women show up with confidence on the course and in the conversations that matter,” says Patrina. “I created it because I kept hearing the same thing: ‘I’ve been invited to golf events, but I don’t feel comfortable going.’ The series is ongoing by design, because I know how busy women professionals are. So I wanted to create a space that’s flexible, approachable, and built to help them grow their confidence and presence in the one place that tends to intimidate them.”
