South African retired professional golfer Gary Player took out a moment to pose with Clemmie Perry, founder, Women Of Color Golf, while attending the Ladies European Tour (LET), Pro AM Party at Glen Oaks Country Club in Old Westbury, NY.
Player, who is widely considered to be one of the greatest golfers of all time during his career, in renown for winning nine major championships on the regular tour and nine major championships on the Champions Tour.
Women of Color Golf is baed in Tampa, Florida. The organization has become a power to be reckoned with and is making a difference in raising the awareness of the game.

Perry’s organization also operates Girls On The Green Tee (GOGT). The initiative helps young women through the game with their formula: EDUCATE about the game, EXPOSURE brings them to the opportunity and the life skills that are learned, and through the EXPERIENCE of being on the golf course, playing the game and meeting people from all over the world.
