2027 LPGA Tour Schedule Is LIVE: Record $147 Million in Prize Money and Exciting New Venues

The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) has officially unveiled its 2027 tournament schedule, featuring 33 events and a record-breaking total prize fund exceeding $147 million. Announced October 7, the new calendar brings together the world’s leading women golfers at prestigious courses across the United States, Asia, Europe and other international destinations.

According to the LPGA, the record purse reflects growing investment in women’s professional golf and represents a substantial increase over the start of the decade. Non-major tournaments alone will award more than $94 million, an increase of nearly $12 million from the previous schedule announcement.

One of the biggest highlights is the addition of new venues and the return of familiar championship destinations. The Futu Ladies World Championship presented by Moomoo will be contested at The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club in Hong Kong. Hawaii will host two consecutive weeks of competition, with the inaugural Nanea Cup at Nanea Golf Club in Kailua-Kona, followed by the LOTTE Championship at the Plantation Course at Kapalua Resort in Maui.

Another notable return is The Classic at Corning Country Club in New York, which will host an LPGA Tour event for the first time since 2009. The tournament will feature a $5 million purse, making it the Tour’s largest non-major event outside the CME Group Tour Championship.

The five major championships remain central to the season. The Chevron Championship will take place at Memorial Park Golf Course in Houston, followed by the U.S. Women’s Open at Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio, and the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship at Congressional Country Club in Maryland. The Amundi Evian Championship returns to France, while the AIG Women’s Open heads to Royal St George’s Golf Club in England.

The schedule also features the Hanwha PLUS International Crown at Lake Merced Golf Club in California, bringing national-team competition back to the United States.

International travel remains a defining feature of the LPGA Tour. The 2027 calendar includes Asian swings through Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, South Korea, Malaysia and Japan, alongside European events and stops in Canada and Mexico.

For fans, players and sponsors, the 2027 season promises more world-class competition, iconic golf venues and increased financial opportunities for women athletes. With record prize money and a global schedule, the LPGA continues to strengthen its position as a premier destination in professional women’s sports.
