For golf fans dreaming of walking the hallowed grounds of Augusta National Golf Club, the opportunity to apply for 2027 Masters Tournament tickets has officially arrived.
The Masters ticket application process, commonly known as the Masters Lottery, opened June 1 and will remain open through June 20, 2026. The annual drawing provides fans with one of the few legitimate opportunities to purchase tickets directly from Augusta National for golf’s most prestigious major championship.
Applicants must first create a free account through the Masters ticket portal before submitting their requests. Fans may apply for up to four tickets for practice rounds held Monday through Wednesday, including the popular Par 3 Contest on Wednesday. They may also request up to two tickets for any of the tournament rounds played Thursday through Sunday. While applicants may select multiple days, successful entrants can only be awarded tickets for one day.
The random selection process takes place after the June 20 application deadline. Augusta National officials expect all applicants to be notified of their status by late July. Tournament-round ticket selections are awarded first, with unsuccessful applicants then entered into the drawing for practice-round tickets.
Ticket prices for the 2027 Masters remain among the most affordable in major sports. Practice-round tickets for Monday and Tuesday are priced at $125 each, while Wednesday tickets cost $150. Daily tournament-round tickets for Thursday through Sunday are $160 apiece.
The 2027 Masters Tournament is scheduled for April 5-11 at Augusta National Golf Club in Georgia. Practice rounds will take place April 5-7, with tournament competition running April 8-11. (
Demand for Masters tickets remains extraordinarily high, with many fans reporting years—or even decades—of unsuccessful attempts before being selected.
