This contract becomes effective upon receipt of African American Golfer's Digest (AAGD) advertising department and must be completed by the advertising company or the advertiser’s agency. This advertiser and advertising agency shall be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information contained in their advertisements. The advertiser and advertising agency agree to indemnify AAGD for any loss, cost, liability, and expenses that AAGD may incur as the result of any claim, suit, or proceeding against AAGD based upon their advertisement in AAGD.
