Starting from now until June 20, anyone can create a free account on Masters.com and apply to purchase tickets.
Aspiring patrons have the opportunity to select from a range of options, including Monday or Tuesday practice rounds, the Wednesday Par 3 Contest, or any of the four tournament rounds from Thursday through Sunday. The 2024 Masters is scheduled for April 11-14. According to Masters.com, “Applicants may apply for any and all days; however, they are eligible to win only one day.” So, while you can apply for multiple days, you can only be selected for one.
If luck is on your side and you get selected, the ticket prices vary depending on the day. For Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, each ticket costs $100, while during tournament competition (Thursday to Sunday), the price increases to $140 per ticket. The Masters.com ticket website states, “All applicants will be notified via email in late July when the random selection process is completed.” The exact number of tickets distributed through this process remains unknown, but rest assured, dreams do come true.
It’s important to remember that Augusta National, Inc. is the only authorized source and seller of Masters tickets. The resale of any Masters ticket is strictly prohibited. Holders of tickets acquired from third parties, regardless of the means, may be denied entry to the Tournament. It’s worth noting that tickets are not available for sale at the gates. If you’re interested in tickets for future years, including 2025 and beyond, you will need to reapply each time.
