by AAGD Staff

The Women in Golf Foundation is proud to announce the return of the 4th Annual Atlanta Girls Cup, taking place October 18–19, 2025, at Brown’s Mill Golf Course, located at 480 Cleveland AveNUE SE, Atlanta, GA 30354. This highly anticipated fall event brings together talented young female golfers for two days of competition, camaraderie, and empowerment in a supportive environment dedicated to growing the game for girls.

The Atlanta Girls Cup has quickly become a signature event in the region, celebrating both athletic achievement and personal development. Participants range from rising beginners to experienced competitors, creating a diverse and dynamic field of young athletes. The event not only focuses on skill but also promotes leadership, confidence, and sportsmanship—core values of the Women in Golf Foundation’s mission.

Founded in 1991, the Women in Golf Foundation, Inc. (WIGF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to providing girls and women access to golf and the personal and professional growth it can offer. For over three decades, the foundation has created opportunities through golf programming, clinics, tournaments, and scholarships that have opened doors for thousands of young women across the United States.

The foundation’s work extends beyond the golf course. WIGF has built a network of mentors, coaches, and educators who provide holistic support to young athletes as they navigate school, sports, and life. Their goal is to build pathways for girls—especially from underrepresented communities—to succeed in golf and beyond.

Brown’s Mill Golf Course, a staple in Atlanta’s golf community, offers a scenic and challenging layout perfect for showcasing the next generation of talent. Parents, coaches, and spectators are encouraged to attend and cheer on these young players as they take on the course and inspire one another.

Registration for the Atlanta Girls Cup will open soon, and interested participants are encouraged to follow updates through the foundation’s website and social media.
