Advertising Insertion Form

Cancellations must be received in writing by the space closing date. No cancellations after space closing allowed. Please reserve space in the issue(s) indicated on behalf of the advertiser listing above. This will constitute a binding contract. This contract becomes effective upon receipt of African American Golfer's Digest (AAGD) advertising department and must be completed by the advertising company or the advertiser’s agency. This advertiser and advertising agency shall be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information contained in their advertisements. The advertiser and advertising agency agree to indemnify AAGD for any loss, cost, liability, and expenses that AAGD may incur as the result of any claim, suit, or proceeding against AAGD based upon their advertisement in AAGD. AAGD also reserves the right to reject any advertising for failure to meet the standards of propriety. See the AAGD media kit for additional information and policies.
