Beginner golfer Christopher Delaine Wilson is truly hooked on his new favorite sport. The 12-year-old won the September 9th putting contest at Henry Stambaugh Golf Course in Youngstown, OH, beating out 5 other adult competitors to reign supreme during a weekly golf clinic led by Coach Randall Floyd in conjunction with the Elite Ladies Golf League.
Chris took up the game earlier this past summer and right away gained a strong interest in the sport. “I like watching the ball drop into the hole,” he said with a wide smile. Readers, continue to keep an eye out for this youngster.
