Design Apparel Inks Deal with African American Golf Expo

On the heels of a successful Charlotte, NC event, the 3rd Annual African American Golf Expo & Forum (AAGE&F) is gearing up for another exciting program and new business deals are already being signed and sealed. The AAGE&F Founder and Organizer, Jim Beatty announced today that his firm, Jim Beatty Golf Ventures, and the proprietor of Design Apparel, Arnett Gill, have agreed to a joint marketing effort that will provide products and apparel for the 2023 event which is scheduled to be held in Louisville, Kentucky, August 25-30.

Design Apparel is officially onboard to provide their exceptional products and apparel for this first-of-its-kind annual event,” said Beatty whose previous Expos have been held in in Atlanta, GA (2021) and Charlotte, NC. (2022).

Arnett Gill stated, “Design Apparel is excited to provide selected EXPO logoed apparel and products for the 3rd Annual African American Golf Expo & Forum in Louisville, Kentucky.” The apparel will include, but not be limited to, caps, jackets, t-shirts, polo shirts, hats, wristbands, glassware, patches and pins.

Design Apparel provides quality products and services for American military Veterans, active duty members and their families. For the last 12 years, we have strived to honor the Veteran and remember the service.

“This joint effort will allow the EXPO to expand its products and services to meet the needs and desires of the EXPO attendees by offering specific products commemorating the historic nature of the EXPO. This alliance will also demonstrate the capabilities of African American-owned businesses to the golf industry at large,” stated Beatty.

Jim Beatty Golf Ventures LLC is based in Omaha, NE, and is dedicated to promoting the game, the business, the industry, the careers, and the opportunities in golf to African Americans.
