The 7th Annual Israel Brooks Memorial Golf Tournament is held in honor of Major Israel Brooks, Jr, the first African American State Trooper in South Carolina and a US Marshall.
The Captain’s Choice event is celebrated by the Brooks Family and the Saint John Baptist Church. Â The proceeds will provide scholarships to high school students. Â Amateurs, women, seniors and handicaps welcome. S
