The public is invited to join IN-18 for a first-of-its-kind Golf Networking Experience that will be held on June 23 at Clearview Park Golf Course, 20212 Willets Point Blvd., Bayside, NY. The event is geared to drive diversity, equity and inclusion in construction, real estate and supporting functions in a new non-traditional manner.
“All levels of golfers are welcome,” said LJ Finney, CEO, IN18 LLC, a Strategic Planning and Professional Development firm based in New York City that helps individuals and companies through leadership development and coaching. “Our mission is to use golf as a tool to build business relationships, grow capacity, and increase access to capital through the development of strategic partnerships.”
The day’s agenda is set to include:
- 12:30 PM Registration & Networking Lunch
- 1:30 PM Playing starts
- 6:00 PM Awards Banquet
A portion of the proceeds raised from the program will be donated to Youth Construct, a 501(c)3 non-profit building the next generation of construction professionals. Youth Construct provides NYC youth in underserved communities with access to careers in construction, architecture, engineering and real estate development.
