CEO of the APGA Tour and Advocates Foundation Ken Bentley is absolutely elated by the overwhelming response received from a birthday wish that he made to his friends and family members several weeks ago. The executive shared his sentiments on his Facebook post, shown below, which reads:

“I want to give a big thank you to the many friends and family members who took time to wish me a Happy Birthday. I really felt the love. Most importantly I want to thank the 102 individuals who donated to the Advocates Foundation. We raised $52,350 from contributions through Facebook, the Advocates Foundation website and checks received. It’s 40% more than was raised last year. The money will go toward building a golf simulator at Florida A&M University and sponsoring three players to play the APGA Tour in 2022. Your faith and support in the work we are doing is helping to make young dreams come true. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.”
