NEW HAVEN, Conn. — The Knickerbocker Golf Club, Inc. successfully hosted its 82nd Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Alling Memorial Golf Course, bringing together golfers, sponsors, community leaders, and supporters for a day dedicated to advancing education and expanding opportunities through the game of golf.
The annual fundraising event once again demonstrated the club’s longstanding commitment to investing in young people while celebrating one of the nation’s oldest African American golf organizations. Participants enjoyed an exciting day of friendly competition, networking, refreshments on the course, and a luncheon featuring awards and fellowship.
Funds raised during the tournament will directly support the club’s scholarship program, its Bronze Tee Junior Golf Program, and instructional golf classes designed to introduce more youth and adults throughout the Greater New Haven area to the game.
