The Notah Begay III Junior Golf National Championship Series is set to bring another exciting opportunity to young players with an upcoming qualifier at Las Vegas Golf Club. Designed to attract a strong and competitive field, the event offers participants a pathway to advance to the NB3/WorldStars Las Vegas Regional.
Scheduled for May 26–27, the two-day qualifier will feature boys and girls competing across multiple age divisions. With a registration fee of $229, the tournament is expected to draw junior golfers eager to test their skills and earn advancement opportunities within one of the nation’s most impactful youth golf platforms.
Players who perform well will secure qualifying spots into the Las Vegas Regional, where the top 50 percent of each division will advance. Age groups include boys and girls divisions for ages 10–11, 12–13, 14–15, and 16–18. From there, top finishers at the regional level will receive invitations to compete in the prestigious NB3 Championships held in November.
The championship stage represents more than just elite competition. Those who qualify for the November finale will be featured on a two-hour national broadcast on the Golf Channel, providing rare exposure for junior golfers on a major platform and highlighting emerging talent from across the country.
Founded by Notah Begay III, the series has become a cornerstone in junior golf development. With more than 40 regional finals hosted nationwide, the NB3 Series emphasizes accessibility, flexibility, and opportunity. Players who qualify but face scheduling conflicts with their assigned regional are given the option to transfer into another regional final that better suits their availability.
The Las Vegas qualifier underscores the continued growth of youth golf and the importance of structured competition in developing the next generation of players. Beyond the leaderboard, the series fosters confidence, discipline, and long-term growth, while creating meaningful pathways for advancement in the sport.
As anticipation builds for the May event, junior golfers and their families are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to compete, improve, and potentially earn a place on a national stage. With its combination of competitive play and national exposure, the Notah Begay III Series continues to shape the future of junior golf across the United States. To register click HERE.
